Field Hockey defeat University of Waterloo, 1-0, in Kingston, Ontario.
The Carleton University Ravens Women’s Field Hockey team defeated the University of Waterloo Warriors, 1-0, in Kingston, Ontario to improve their OUA record to 2-8-3 for 9-team points.
The Ravens goal was scored at the 29th minute of play by Emily Santo, Ottawa, Ontario and Victoria Sapsford, Victoria, BC stopped 10 Warrior shots to earn the victory/shutout in Carleton’s net.
“It was a total team effort that led us to this victory over Waterloo,” said Assistant Coach Michelle McEvoy.
